I Seem To Keep Getting Insect Bites When Im Not

I seem to keep getting insect bites when im not even outdoors. it is not happening at one particular place. The bites are swollen, warm to the touch and very itchy. im concerned that it may not be insect bites. this is occurring at least once a week and different places on my body. is it insect bites or something else.
