I Slept With A Guy Who Is A Lot Bigger

I slept with a guy who is a lot bigger than what I am used to. The next day I am bleeding (filled a pad over a day) and I can tell it's not my period (also not due on till next week). I have the coil fitted. Should I be concerned? How long should I wait before seeing my GP?
