I slipped on the ice earlier today and hit the back of my head pretty hard. I had a huge "goose egg" on the back of my head and a bad headache. The swelling has gone down quite a bit and still have a headache but not as bad as before. I have taken Tylenol for the pain but nothing else. Am feeling a little sick to my stomach not but may be due to stress of falling, pain, and not eating dinner. What should I be watching for? I have napped on and off and have had no problem with balance or confusion issues..
