hello smoking is actually very harmful for you. especially in the presence of heart disease and two stents. smoking also causes lung diseases like COPD and cancer. the chances of another heart attack becomes double if you contnue smoking. there are many available medications to quit smoking. you can do it all with your will power, family support and medications. do it now or it will be very hard for u as you grow older and u may have multiple other diseases. wishing you good health thank you
