I Spun My 5 Year Old Sister On The Swivel

I spun my 5 year old sister on the swivel chair fast for about 5 rounds. However I did so with her lying on her back. She told me to stop so I did but she started shaking really bad like if she was having a seizure. She was unresponsive up until I picked her up is when she responded and held on to me. Her motor skills are fine, she's still acting the same but I'm scared. Did she suffer from head trauma? Should I keep her awake?
