I Started A New Job Where I Am Out Side

I started a new job where I am out side all day, I whear a short sleeve shirt and a skirt. However I also whear tattoo covers on my forearms and one shin and calf. The areas that are not covered are braking out in tons of red bumps that are now progressing into blisters. When I get off and go inside the redness fades and the bumps slightly reduced. Unfortunately when I return to work they get worse day after day. I have purchased a long sleeve breathable undershirt since it seems that direct sunlight is causing the rash. The bumps that are now covered are not as big and did not get worst. Also to note the redness did not come back. My hands and knees which are still exposed have worsened. What could be the cause of this and how do I combat it?
