I Started Getting A Rash From Mid Waste To Upper

I started getting a rash from mid waste to upper body. It comes and goes 4 to 6 times a day. Skin feels like its on fire and it hurts terrible when touched even after it is gone. I have noticed it on my face, hands, arms, chest, back and stomach only.
