I Started Having Lower Back Pain Yesterday. It Hurts When

I started having lower back pain yesterday. It hurts when I try to stand from a sitting position and when I walk. I have to use a walker because I have a bad knee and I sleep in a recliner because I have arthritis in my tailbone and lower back and it is the only place I can get comfortable. I have to use a walker because I have a bad knee that gives way and I start to fall. When I have to go the bathroom (quite frequently because of the furosemide), my face gets really warm. If my oral thermometer is working correctly, I don't have a temperature. I have Type 2 diabetes, pulmonary hypertension, high blood pressure. I take Furosemide, Klor-Con, Levothyroxin, Lisinopril, Latanoprost Opth Solution, Simvastatin, Aspirin 81 mg, ProAir HFA 90 MCG, Lantus SoloStar, Janumet 50/1000, and Tramadol 40 mg (1 every 6 hrs). I think either my back is out of whack or I have a UTI or kidney infection. Thank you for your help.
