I Started Having Pains In My Scrotem, What Could Be The Reason?

Recently I started having pains in my scrotem. I is as if my ball are being pressed.

Welcome to HCM.
Pain is there due to extra pressure on it so there is some inflamation on it.
Start any NSAID under your physician's guidance.
Cold water application will be helpful.
Give support to your scrotum with proper underwear.
