I Started On Anti Fungal Friday And Due To Take

I started on anti fungal friday and due to take the second pill wednesday of Mylan-fluconazole. I since started peeling in my bum crack. It hurted really badly at first when I clean after the bathroom. Now it's just peeling a bit and red. Should I worry? Or just wait until I'm done with the second dose of anti fungal?
