I Started Taking A Larger Dose, 225 Mgr. My Doctor

I started taking a larger dose, 225 mgr. my doctor had cut me down from 200 to 175 and my blood work didn't come out good so her office called to say to increase it by 1/2 a tablet. I had some 200 hundreds left and was finally feeling good since I increased it to 225. I don't feel tired anymore have more energy was and can drive to work and home without feeling like I have to pull over to sleep. Should I tell the doctor that since 2008 when I had the cancer and had the thyroid removed and struggled for 2 years to lose weight that they need to increase it to 225. Plus I exercise 7 nights a week. Should I go back to taking 2 calcium pills also now that I increased my dosage?
