I Started Taking High Doses Of Regular Strength Uncoated Aspirin

I started taking high doses of regular strength uncoated aspirin to ease arthritis pain daily. I chew them instead of swallowing them just because I like they way they taste (crunchy, tart, grainy). Over time, I started eating more and more until I was taking about 4+ grams per day. I know that that is way too much, especially for a prolonged time. I did some reading online about edible chalks and clays and decided to try some pure chalk as an alternative. I’m aware that chalk has no real nutritional value and I’m okay with that. My question: Which is the least harmful long term? Aspirin or Svyatogorsk (Svyat) chalk?
