I Started Taking Nitro-dur Patches (nitro-glycerin) At .2 Mg/hour Two

I started taking nitro-dur patches (nitro-glycerin) at .2 mg/hour two days agol Today I wore a pulse monitor and walked a mile. Froml my blood pressure monitor and the Polar watch, I know that my pulse rate went from a normal 55 beats/minute (pacemaker) to about 61 minimum, and much more when I'm up and moving. During the mile walk it was 145 beats per minute average, and the recording says the peak rate was 204 beats/minute. I didn't feel bad, but I'm surprised at the high pulse rate. Should I quit wearing patches until I can communicate with my doctor?
