I Starting Having What I Now Believe To Be A

I starting having what I now believe to be a migraine headache in the early morning hours of last Friday. I had a very bad headache, nausea, vomiting and some diarrhea. All of these symptoms other than diarrhea continued for approximately 48 hours. I was so sick that I could not move much or get out of bed. I felt like I had been poisoned. The symptoms have mostly resolved now, other than some mental haziness and a mild pain in my lower, right back, some slight nausea and a change in the normal color of my stool, which is now a sort of mustard color. I am getting ready to leave the country for 10 days and wonder whether I should be concerned or call my doctor. Thank you
