I Suddenly Had Blurry Distorted Vision While Lying Down. Got

I suddenly had blurry distorted vision while lying down. Got up walked aroung feeling nauseas and a bit lightheaded. The vision has gotten a bit better but scared me.
my head just feels weird. I have had anxiety and panic attacks before but this was totally different.
