I Suffer From Anxiety (sometimes Acute) From Time To Time

I suffer from anxiety (sometimes acute) from time to time base om my current life situation.
About six months ago i noticed the sensation of feeling my pulse noticeably in different parts of my abdomen or sometimes my lower chest - not pounding but noticeable.
My heartbeat stays regular at around 60 to 70 so I don't know if these are considered palpitations or not but they do make me uncomfortable and anxious.
I had a doctor listen to my abdomen to try and hear any signs of a aortic aneurysm and he said everything sounded normal although you can't be completely sure without an ultra sound being done.
last night i was feeling a little tired and headachey and took my blood pressure and it was 150/104
After about 45 minutes it was back down to 130/92 but unusual since my normal pressure is around 120/82
Your thoughts on where i need to go with this?
At this point i am clearly dealing with another bout of anxiety which has been building for months now.
