I Suffer From Chronic Diarrhea. This Has Been An Issue

I suffer from chronic diarrhea. This has been an issue for about 9 months. My doctor did tests and I might suffer from IBS, but, I never had this problem until 8 months ago. No blood or parasites in my stool. I suspect I might have a wheat allergy and/or a lactose intolerance. However, I also suffer from alcoholism. My liver tests are fine. I don't seem to have any issues otherwise. I do have high bp and high cholesterol.
