I Suffer From Severe Osteoarthritis In Both Knees, So Bad

I suffer from severe osteoarthritis in both knees, so bad that I battle to walk sometimes. I am also on antidepressants, tranquilizers and other pain meds for chronic pain due to 2 failed back operations. I am currently taking synaleve for the pain but it is not really helping. I also suffer from chronic depression due to chronic pain. It has now been 12 years and am seriously battling to cope. When I am hysterical from pain, I get a pethidine injection comines with pax tthat gives me a little relief for about 6 hours so that I can calm down and get ready for the next bout of pain. I have no support at home.
