I Suffered A Compression Injury On The Bottom Of My

I suffered a compression injury on the bottom of my right foot about three years ago. Immediately after my foot began to feel like it was on fire with a heavy sensation of tingling. Then a day or two later when I went to sleep, laying-on my back, my neck would snap side to side without any control. It has been doing this for 3 years now, it has begun to happen a lot less frequent now. My question is, will I have this "Exerxiost" uncontrollable spasms the rest of my life? And do you think it was caused by the injury or just quince ident in timing?
