I Suffered From Congestive Heart Failure Just Over A Year

I suffered from congestive heart failure just over a year ago and have recovered well with medication. For the last 2 days my pulse has been around 105-115. I also feel a bit under the weather. Should I be concerned that undue stress is being placed on my heart?
