I Suffered Side Impact From 4X4 Car 3.5 Years Ago.

I suffered side impact from 4X4 car 3.5 years ago. I was told to keep walking to keep exercising. I began walking like a penguin. I suffer a lot of pain in my right hip and groin. Have just recently acquired a Clinical report from my doctor which says m- Mild osteophytic changes on both sides of the margin with loss of joint space, worse on the right side. m Further subarticular cysts noted on the right side. Bilateral SI joints appear normal. Moderate degenerative changes in the visualises spine. Before this accident I was a strong walker with no pain whastsoever. I have had two chiropractic
sessions last week. I still take pain killers, my walking has improved somewhat. Should I continue and is there a possibility I will recover?
