I take Clonazepam .5 mg twice a day. While I usually keep careful track of my medications (with a chart) I had such a busy evening, I cannot remember if I took my nighttime dose and merely forgot to mark the chart. Is it safe to take a dose now. It is about 3 hours past the normal time I take the evening dose. I am feeling anxious right now but do not know if it is from a missed dose or the uncertainty.
