I Take A Lot Of Pills For My Health, Like

I take a lot of pills for my health, like Pentasa and for Crohns and ocuvite for my eyes and zanax and vitamins. Can I take my Chantis pill with them or should I separate them for a time?
Also, will a glass of wine a night interfere. I'm in my third week and it's working but I feel I'm doing somwething wrong. in early 2000 I took Chantix and quit smoking. I could go on line and they'd have suggestions and they would call me every night at 6pm and cheer me on. Now you have none of that.
