I take a small amount of prednisone with tylenol . I usually take one 10 mg prednisone with 2 tylenol (like on Tue then Wednesday I Take 1-5mg prednisone with the tylenol and Thru I take the 5-mg prednisone and the tylenol then I just take tylenol after that until the artherites comes back ( like a week or so and then I do thhe same thing again.
