I Think I Am Overly Sensitive To Bleach. I Am

I think I am overly sensitive to bleach. I am an RN & my symptoms can be unbearable when housekeeping is doing a deep cleaning in one of the rooms on my unit. If I can smell the bleach, it takes my breath away. I can feel my BP rise & I start to get itchy. I have asthma & have seasonal allergies. I am also ASA sensitive & have had anaphylactic reactions to Toradol. Once, when I was exposed to the smell of strong bleach at work, I had to take Benadryl & actually go home. My throat closed up, my skin was tingly & I got a red rash. Within an hour, I felt like my skin was on fire. I got heart burn... I have learned to put on a mask immediately & remove myself from the area when bleach is being used. It definitely helps. Last night I had to do that...BUT...my eyes started watering & I started sniffling. By the end of my shift (and still 12 hours later), my tears were burning my eyes. My eye lids were red & puffy. It's horrible! What can I do??? I am positive that they are using overly concentrated bleach solutions to clean some days.
