I Think I Had The Flu This Past Week, Symptoms

I think I had the flu this past week, symptoms were fever 102, chills, vomiting 1st day, sinus congestant. Stayed in bed for days and now feeling better.Just took over the counter meds. Received a mouth full of blisters, inside and out. Including top upper lip and all around my nose. Nose and lips have swollen twice their size and getting worst. Getting sharp pains on my left chest that takes my breath away when I try to breath but does not last. However keeps coming back and I can feel it through my back on the left side. This started with the flu symptoms.
