I Think I Have An Infected Gum. I Got Five

I think I have an infected gum. I got five teeth taken out 10 days ago and two of them were impacted wisdom teeth. I'm still feeling pain from that site, I wake up in the middle of the night in pain and there's this odd nasty taste in my mouth constantly, and it's making me have bad breath. I'm taking ibuprofen 600mg every 6 hours and I ran out of antibiotics two days ago. Do I need to go to an urgent care dentist?
