I Think I May Have Been Bitten But I Don't

I think I may have been bitten but I don't know by what. I have three red marks that do not have white spots or "fang" marks on them. There was a rash for about a day but it went away. What concerns me is the the area around these marks is numb. I can feel pressure but not what is touching me. An idesa.
