I Think I Was Misdiagnosed For Rosacea. All The Bacterial

I think I was misdiagnosed for rosacea. All the bacterial fighting prescriptions and pills have done nothing after 3 years. I suspect that all my good bacteria on my skin and neck and body have now been killed and a fungal infection is what is really on my face. I tried some miconozole ataletes foot cream as a test and immediately all the little sores began peeling especially around the edges, then all these tiny white fibers turned white and peeled off like a network of spiderwebs in the sores and connecting them. maybe this means something is being killed by the athaletes foot cream miconozole. Is there such a thing as a facial athaletes foot because the skins protective bacteria balance has been removed by all the prescriptions the dermatologist has tried? Ive used clindamycin with peroxide in a gel form the longest and most recently.
