I Thought I Got Bit By Something 3 Days Ago.

I thought I got bit by something 3 days ago. Went to the hospital yesterday morning at 5. Was told it was MRSA. I had MRSA a couple time in the past 8 years. This is the worse case I ever had. The hospital gave me two antibiotics cephalexin 500 mg 4 times a day and bactim ds tablets 2Times a day. It's been 22 hours on antibiotics. It's getting worse and I started running a fever of 100.4 tonight. The pain is increasing and I can barely walk because of the pain. called the on call doctor and he was concerned that I was running a fever but said there is nothing we can do now. Make an appointment tomorrow and we will have to come up with a new plan to treat this. I can't get in till tomorrow afternoon. It started with a bit looking like bump. Now it has spread out to be as round as a baseball or a little bigger. Earlier it had a black dot in the middle and now it's turning a black color around the black dot.. they have me no cream to put on it, no steroids to help with the inflammation. Just two antibiotics. I was in and out of the emergency room yesterday with in 15 minutes. what should I do.
