I thought I was having a heart attack today. Felt like someone was squeezing my chest...an elephant sitting on me...pain was intense. I did not seek medical attention but plan to call my family doctor tomorrow. The pain has only recently subsided, I now feel discomfort in my back left shoulder blade and back. Could it have been a heart attack? I didn't not really experience other symptoms.
