I too have an itching inside my chest and rib cage, it's the same feeling one has with an itchy throat , INSIDE THE BODY. I started getting what seems to be a cold a few hour's ago. I wish I could get something down my throat and scratch the upper INSIDE of my chest. I have a loose cough when I cough it feels ok because it relieves the itchy feeling. I feel sorta feverish in my chest, headache, runny nose. It's not an allergy and I haven't breathed toxic fumes. It's a cold with this itchiness. It's not the first time I've felt it
