I took 40mgs of adderall for the first time @ 12ish last night and I have chest pains and trouble breathing but the worst part is my throat my throat it is extremely painful and it is swollen it seems like on the outside of my neck kind of and the bottom.near my chest.it started I'm guessing about 10 Or 11 this morning I didn't go to sleep last night. I couldn't. it hurts in the middle Inside like there's a lump in my throat but I went to the doctor and I got a shot of something in my butt and it's not helping it seems like my throat is just getting worse andI just really like to know your opinion because the doctor didn't tell me much really at all and it's really kind of worrying me and I'd like to know about how long do you think that this pain in my throat and chest. thank you
