I Took Adderall 10mg For 15 Years, The Pharmacy Change

I took Adderall 10mg for 15 years, the pharmacy change it to amphemine salts it made my hair fall out it did not help stay awake, my doctor presc. modafinil 200 mg it didn't work, went to 300 mg and this med and medes iv'e tried has no effect. i'm on methylpenidate 20mg 2 x a day' it wares off in 3 to 4 hrs. I'm don't know why I have server narcolepsy, I had this when I young, doctors back then gave me sleeping pills, I sleep great at night, I trouble staying awake during the day'' I need help what to take for this'''' I did a sleep study at nite that doctor said I have sleep apena I dont' he thinks everyone that sees him they have it' I don't I've always worked at night because I couldn't stay awake I the day time' what do I do???????
