I Took Chantix From Nov To Dec And Stopped Smoking

I took Chantix from Nov to Dec and stopped smoking after 45 years but I am still having stomach problems-pain/pressure. Was Dx with H Plori and did the 2antibotic but still have stomach pain-now just had 24 hours of diarrhea-could Chantix missed my system up?
