I Took A X-ray 2 Years Ago And They Found

I took a X-ray 2 years ago and they found Nodules in Right upper lobe and left lower lobe and linear fibrotic at lung base is there any reason for concern I had another X-ray about a year ago and the results checked out find they said it was ok but lately I have been experiencing some minor pain in my chest.
