I Took An Old Theraflu Melting Tab Because It Was

I took an old theraflu melting tab because it was the only cold medicine I had in the house. It only listed one active ingredient: dextromethorphan. It was supposed to be both an antihistamine and a cough suppressant. Will it help me fall asleep like antihistamines usually do? Or have I taken a daytime ingredient that will keep me up all night?

its efficiency can not be predicted. drugs which are not stored properly should not be taken. get it examined by doctor for recomandation about its physical property of fitness to consume.
