I Took My 9 Yr Old Son To The Dr

I took my 9 yr old son to the Dr a week ago because he has tiny flesh colored bumps on his elbows, then knees, now knuckles. The Dr looked for 2 minutes said it might be eczema and gave him a steroid cream said if that doesn't help see a dermatologist. It has helped a little but is still there. Also the bumps have not itched this entire time. I'm not convinced it's eczema. What is your opinion?
