I Took Tramadol For About A Year For Arthritis Pain

I took tramadol for about a year for arthritis pain and then after a recent surgery in the knee. On average I took one pill of 50 mg/day. I stopped 3 days ago as I was suffering from a lot of side effects. It was rough the first few days, but now it is easier. I still feel some fogi ness in the head. How long will it take for my stem to be completely rid of Tramadol? Is there anything I do to expedite the detox process?
