General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

First, relax and do not get shocked. I think you both could not fix each other. Your partner could have reached orgasm earlier than you, and normally you felt pain during penetration.

However, at your age we should find out why:

- dry vagina due to hormonal changes
- recurrent infection/inflammation
- psychological status

Premarin helps lubricating dry vagina due to hormonal changes.

However, you should check your hormones first before going for this treatment.

Also should check for genital infection through vaginal swab testing.

Most important talk to your partner and some arousal games before penetration can help both of you.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
