I turned 36 yrs old this Oct for the past 4 months my menstrual cycle changed. My usual was 4-5 days with 2 heavy days some cramping; for the past 4 months there has been no cramping minimal bleeding and it has been 7 days long. In this past month (November) I didn't get a period. is it possible that I may be already going thru menopause. I was last sexually active Nov 1st we did the "pull out method". Any idea??
