I Unfortunately Screwed Up And Over Took My Adderall Prescription.

I unfortunately screwed up and over took my adderall prescription. I have been binging on it for about 3 days now. And I have gas bubbles in my lower abdomen and chest area. Its extremely painful and yes, my fault. But I've tried every thing there is to get rid of a bubble. Nothing has helped. Someone have any advice?
