I Used Ice Drug Smoking The Vapours Tasted It With

I used ice drug smoking the vapours tasted it with my tounge & it caused redness on the head of my tounge
now I have white things on my tounge. Mouth is very dry.. Feeling not good
I will try not to repeat the same mistakes again.. Iam too much worrying for all I have done. What would you suggest me to do now
Also I found two buds at the end of my tounge when I open my mouth tounge out of mouth.. See those two buds...
