I Used To Have My Hip Pop Or Something When

I used to have my hip pop or something when I walk like slipping out of pocket. now in stead of that when I move my right leg around my pelvis or groin area it hurts when I move it like walking etc. sometimes a dull ache down my leg. I am taking motrin and sometimes it lessens the pain what is this?
