I Vomit After Taking Food. Is It GERD ?

My Question to G astrologist.i m 24 year male suffering vomiting after taken dinner & lunch from 8 month . when i dance come some cough with water ,food same problem come in we take decision.i consult with some gastroenterology Doctor , suggested for endoscopic . i done endoscopic,report come normal. some Doctor said that GERD ,stress and depression .i have taken medicine razo D, domestal, pantacid and famocid. i m not satisfy this treatment. tell me what s real cause & treatment. how to prevent. we can end this problem from root.

If you are having heart burn (burning pain in chest) and reflux of sour fluid in mouth, it is gastroesophageal reflux. If it is frequent (more than twice per day), it is GER disease. Endoscopy is negative in 50% of patients with GERD.
Now vomiting immediately after meals may occur as a part of psychogenic vomiting, gerd, outlet obstruction or part of metabolic derangements like liver, thyroid or kidney disease. So get tested for these disorders and do 24 hour ph metry if diagnosis of gerd is in doubt.
If you have gerd, you may have to take lifelong treatment.
