I Want To Know How To Measure BP Using A BP Apparatus?

I want to know how to Measure BP using a BP apparatus? I am not able to know when to see systolic nd dystolic BP.Please guide me in steps so as i will be able to measure my BP in a Right way.

(1)Put the stethoscope ear plugs in the ear and be ready to hear the sound at the diaphragm (2)Tightly fit the calf with empty air bag around the upper arm (best on left as it is direct continuation of the heart) to obliterate the brachial artery (3)Fill the empty air bag in the calf with the pumping through the bulb provided till the dial show around 200 mark(4)Put the diaphragm chest piece of the stethoscope on the brachial artery on the cubital fossa that is slightly on inner side and try to hear the sound it will not give you any audible sound (5)Slowly release the air inside the calf bag by releasing the nozzle of the bulb and try to hear sound ! when the artery will open it will give a sound lub dub !When it appears for the first time see the dial what it shows and it is your systolic measurement!(6)Continue to hear this sound and when it disappears completely that reading on the dial is diastolic BP as that time the artery is fully opened up and hence it will not produce any sound ! For normal individual adult it is 120 to 130 systolic and 80 to 90 diastolic is said to be normal through out the world !Always YouRsmE
