I Was 2 Week Pregnant. I Took Mifepristone And Then

I was 2 week pregnant. I took mifepristone and then 2 tablets of misoprostol after 46 hours and again 2 tablets of misoprostol after 2 hours of that. Bleeding and spotting started and continued for one week. After one week, sonography showed that gestation sac has come out but some small pieces are left. But after that, spotting occurred for one more day and bleeding is negligible. What should I do ? Should I go for d&c or some other process ? Or should I wait for some more days ?
