I Was 37 When A Neurologist Diagnosed Me With Fibromyalgia

I was 37 when a neurologist diagnosed me with fibromyalgia about 2 years ago. Right now I'm taking 90 mg cymbalta per night and 600mg gabapentin twice a day. My 2 doctors only pin point the trigger point but I'm having muscle pain all over my legs, arms, back and shoulder too. I feel that I'm having strain muscles, ligaments, joints and tendons. I was thinking that this strain makes my blood flow decrease on my muscles so I feel numbness too. But my doctors only believe pain on certain trigger point locations. Which one is true pain all over the place or just pain on trigger point locations?
