I was 78 a year ago when I had an MVA fractured sternum; stayed overnight in cardiac surveillance; went home the next day. The follow morning I was unconscious; fire got me going and I was taken back to ER. I only learned this recently that EMT listed admitting "poisoning by unspecifid drugs, medicaments, undetermined." Multiple MRI, MRA, head neck, CT scan etc. etc. Respiratory therapy, The diagnosis reads "community pneumonia, SOB (HA) and fractured sternum. I was released two days later. I am FURIOUS at the hospital and my adjacent clinic b/c I think that there was considerable carelessness; this is a VERY well known medical center. What is your evaluation fo the real diagnosis? Thanks
