I Was Admitted To The Hospital With Severe Stomach Pain

I was admitted to the hospital with severe stomach pain that radiated into my back. They decided it was my gall bladder and removed it. About 2 weeks later I was back in the hospital with severe stomach pain. This time I was diagnosed with gastroparisis. They put me on Reglan times a day. I still have bouts of severe pain that goes from my stomach into my back. Tonight it happened after eating a tootsie roll. But there is no rhyme or reason to it. It is very random. Are we missing something? I have had gastric bypass surgery and all seems ok there after having an upper gi.
